People keep talking about ‘No Deal’.
In fact, Mrs May’s withdrawal agreement is the only option on the table that is ‘No Deal’, as there is no trade deal in it. Only a two year punishment beating and the payment of Danegeld in the hope of a deal. There might never be ‘a deal’ under Mrs May’s proposed legislation.
The only trade deal on the table is a WTO Deal, which would harmonise 100% of our international trade along the lines of the 60% trade we currently do with 90% of the world’s population.
Tariffs would average 3% which is well below the 15% swing in our currency from its over-valued position in 2016.
We also make a 6 billion profit on tariffs that could be handed over to inconvenienced business.
The only deal available is a WTO Deal. Parliament needs to understand it is being lied to and manipulated on an historic scale.
