Lockdown
Government are using the 1984 Infectious Diseases Act as amended by the 2020 Corona Virus Acts and numerous statutory instruments to lock down the entire Kingdom.
The question arises as to whether The 1984 Infectious Diseases Act and later amendments can override English Common/Constitutional Law and the custom and practice of England. They cannot.
Common law has largely arisen from the rulings given in the Monarch’s Courts over the last 1100 years. The latest of these court rulings was given on the 12th February 2020 dealing with the case of Jalloh with what constitutes illegal imprisonment. The court ruled that for Jalloh to be placed under house arrest by a government minister constituted illegal imprisonment.
The statutory instruments used to enforce house arrest on Her Majesty’s subjects who are confined to their homes apart from conditions for leaving home laid down by Government constitute illegal/unlawful imprisonment.
Magna Carta 1215/97 article 39 makes imprisonment or fines illegal unless ordered by the Sovereign’s Courts of law. No government of England has authority to override a contract between the Sovereign and Her subjects. Her Majesty at Her Coronation swore on oath that she would rule us according to our laws and customs. That is, the laws and customs in place at her coronation.
Any statute law made by Parliament must conform to the spirit of any law in place at Her Majesty’s Coronation. The laws covering Coronavirus19 and the statutory instruments fail to meet this requirement.
Government have granted immunity from prosecution to the companies manufacturing the Covid19 vaccines. This is a completely illegal act on the part of Government. We refer you to Thomas vs. Sorrell 25 Charles II 1674 Chief Justice Vaughn which determined the dispensing power of the King to dispense with a penalty for a crime. The King can dispense with a penalty only if the King is the sole victim. But the King cannot dispense with a penalty if a third party is involved for that would remove the third party’s right to sue for damages and that the King cannot do. The dispensation from being sued by victims of injuries caused by the vaccine is entirely contrary to established English law and is illegal and void. Dispensations are also banned by the 1689 Bill of Rights.
Queen Elizabeth I demonstrated this admirably when she forgave the Earl of Essex his treason against her but took his head when it was against her subjects. Chief Justice Vaughn was restating established English law.
Fines given under the Covid19 regulations/laws contravene both Magna Carta 1215/97 and the Bill of Rights 1689 which incorporates the Declaration of Rights 1689 that bans fines not awarded by a court of law and excessive fines. All the Governments actions over Covid19 are illegal and void.
- Deaths attributed to the ’flu have varied between 11,875 and 28,330 per winter season
- So far this year, deaths of people who tested positive for Coronavirus total 8,937
- We still have no official information on how many of these deaths were actually due to Coronavirus
The information on ‘flu deaths we have provided above is the latest official and complete information available. The ‘deaths with Coronavirus’ figure is correct as of Easter Sunday, 12 Apr 2020 at 4am.
The information for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is recorded separately and we have not been able to find comparable figures to add to what you see above. Nevertheless we think that the data for England is interesting on its own.

You will note these mortality rates for influenza and pneumonia when added together far outstrip deaths from Covid19.
Office of National Statistics figures show Coronavirus accounted for far more deaths than the flu (Pictures: AP). Coronavirus has killed 122 times more people than the flu already this year, new figures show. The Office of National Statistics says there were 48,168 deaths due to Coronavirus between January and August 2020 in England and Wales, compared with 394 deaths due to flu and 13,619 deaths due to pneumonia. While flu and pneumonia were mentioned on more death certificates, Covid19 was the underlying cause in more than three times as many deaths, the ONS said. The figures also show far more people in at-risk age groups and in care homes died from Coronavirus, compared with the other illnesses. Sarah Caul, Head of Mortality Analysis, said: ‘More than three times as many deaths were recorded between January and August this year where Covid19 was the underlying cause compared with influenza and pneumonia. ‘The mortality rate for Covid19 is also significantly higher than influenza and pneumonia rates for both 2020 and the five-year average. ‘Since 1959, which is when ONS monthly death records began, the number of deaths due to influenza and pneumonia in the first eight months of every year have been lower than the number of Covid19 deaths seen, so far, in 2020.’
Based on these figures, it is clear that death rates from Covid19 have been grossly exaggerated by including deaths from influenza and pneumonia as Covid19 in order to scare Her Majesty’s subjects into surrendering their rights and freedoms. There has been total incompetence by Government over the handling of Covid19. We have little doubt that an efficient enquiry would find evidence of fraud in the manner that the financial side has been administered over the awarding of contracts and the recording of deaths.
No risk assessment has been undertaken on the wearing of cloth face masks or on the risk of suicide on the mentally fragile due to prolonged lockdown and the loss of their normal lines of support. This has resulted in injuries to health by prolonged mask wearing and a serious spike in deaths by suicide. It is our contention that the injuries caused by prolonged mask wearing were foreseeable as was the resultant spike in deaths from suicide by the mentally fragile. The Government is legally liable for illnesses caused by mask wearing and the escalating numbers of Her Majesty’s subjects who are committing suicide as a direct result of lockdown.
